Getting Started

This guide walks you through account creation, first login, and the essential setup steps to publish your first page on Whoopix CMS.

1. Create your account

Whoopix CMS is hosted at cms.whoopix.ai. You can request access through the sign-up page or contact sales for enterprise onboarding.

  1. Visit whoopix.ai/signup and submit your details, or receive an invite from your account manager.
  2. Confirm your email and set a secure password for the admin panel.
  3. Log in at cms.whoopix.ai — you will land on the main dashboard after authentication.

2. Dashboard overview

After login, the admin dashboard gives you a snapshot of site health, recent activity, and quick access to every module. The layout is organized by function — content, SEO, commerce, and system settings.

3. Set up your first site

Each Whoopix instance can manage one or more sites depending on your plan. During initial setup you will configure:

  • Site domain — the primary URL your CMS will serve content for
  • Default language — primary locale for content and SEO metadata
  • Template set — choose or create page templates for your content types
  • Database connection — Whoopix uses your database; you retain full ownership
Headless setup: If you are connecting a custom frontend (Next.js, React, etc.), configure the API endpoint and authentication keys under Integrations. See Integrations & API.

4. Publish your first page

  1. Navigate to Pages in the admin sidebar.
  2. Click Add Page and select a template (landing page, service page, etc.).
  3. Enter the page title, URL slug, and content blocks.
  4. Fill in SEO fields — meta title, description, canonical URL, and schema type.
  5. Set status to Published and save.
